BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Structural Design & Analysis: Design and analyze structural components for various projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Software Utilization: Leverage Staad for structural analysis and the design of buildings and industrial structures.
• Drafting Expertise: Create detailed CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs with overall project requirements.
• Execution Support: Collaborate with the detailing team to ensure precise execution of designs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s (BTech) or Master’s (MTech) degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in structural design, preferably with industrial structures.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Staad, AutoCAD, and BIM software is essential.
• Skillset: Strong understanding of rebar detailing and structural analysis.
• Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical information clearly.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
